Welcome to Our Community

Brow of the Hill Housing Co-operative is located in the historic Brow of the Hill district in New Westminster. Built in 1974, the Co-op is made up of 14 townhouses (6 two-bedrooms and 8 three-bedrooms) and a 3 storey 28 unit apartment building (14 two-bedrooms, 11 one-bedrooms, 3 one-bedrooms with dens, plus parkade).

Our Co-op has an active Board of Directors that invest many hours into developing long-term plans, maintaining and upgrading our facilities, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the Co-op.

Our members are made up of individuals, couples, families and seniors that actively participate in weekly and monthly chores to ensure our facilities continue looking great. In addition, we have two annual clean-up weekends in the Spring and Fall to clean up our grounds. These weekends are a great opportunity to work together, meet the community and enjoy some delicious snacks with your neighbours.

Our members have a vested interest in looking after the Co-op because, as share holders, they are co-owners. Maintaining and protecting our investment is a key to the current and long term success of our community.
