Become a Member

Our Co-op consists of 28 apartments and 14 townhouses. Our townhouses are for families of three or more occupants.

Our community is run by its members and every member has a say in all that happens. Participation is mandatory and we expect participation from all our members over the age of 19 in one or more of our committees organized for the running of the Co-op. We also encourage the participation of younger children.

Due to the volume of applications we regularly receive, we do not keep a waitlist. Acceptance will be contigent upon housing availability at the time your application is submitted. A notice will be posted on the homepage of our website if there is any housing availability.
